Getting Started

Beginning therapy or seeking a psychological evaluation can feel like an important step.

Many people reach out when they are looking for greater understanding of themselves, their relationships, or the challenges they have been navigating.

Others may be seeking clarity about learning, attention, or emotional experiences that have been difficult to explain.

Our goal is to make the process of getting started as thoughtful and straightforward as possible.

There is no single right pace for beginning therapy. Reaching out simply begins a conversation.

Finding the Right Fit

Many of the people drawn to our practice are thoughtful individuals or families who want to understand themselves more deeply.

Often they have tried to manage challenges by pushing harder, adapting to expectations, or trying to “fix” themselves. What has been missing is a deeper understanding of what is actually happening beneath the surface.

They are looking for a space where they can slow down, explore patterns with curiosity, and develop greater clarity about themselves and their relationships.

Our practice may be a good fit if you are looking for a thoughtful, relational approach to therapy or evaluation.
