Lego Social Skills Group

Over the course of six weeks, your child will work with others to enhance communication, cooperative play, and conflict resolution skills. Working in groups of 2 or 3, children take turns doing designated “jobs” to build Lego sets. This group is ideal for children aged 9 to 11 who struggle with taking turns, sharing their feelings appropriately, navigating social situations, and/or connecting with their peers. At the end of the six weeks, group members may continue to participate so long as space is available and the waitlist is clear. To learn more about this unique program, visit our Lego Group page.

Depression & Anxiety Skills

Isolation is the most reported symptom of depression and anxiety. This group meets weekly to connect and learn from one another, as well as to learn new integrative therapies to interweave into our lives. We will work together to share our experiences and learn skills through CBT, DBT and expressive arts. All genders 18+ are welcome. Check out our flyer for more info.
