Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

We offer a psychotherapy program that will prepare you for your ketamine sessions, encourage you to explore your mind while within the ketamine space, and assist you in integrating your experiences afterwards.

If you have tried several types of therapies and medications with only limited or temporary symptom relief, Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy might be right for you.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is, in the most basic terms, an extended session of psychotherapy with medication to aid in calming your body. When prescribed by a physician and taken at a low dose in conjunction with psychotherapy, it has been shown effective in the treatment of depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), some types of anxiety and chronic pain.

Our therapists have completed the highest level of KAP training in addition to mental health licensure. This means that they offer more than just monitoring and guidance during treatment - they help to put the pieces together. Need to hear more? Research has shown that psychotherapy integration is more effective in sustained symptom reduction than ketamine use alone.
