Nasir Grayman, LCMHCA

A Wilmington, NC, native and proud graduate of UNC Charlotte, Nasir (he/him) is passionate about helping others live the life they envision for themselves. His clinical work is rooted in creating affirming, collaborative spaces where individuals feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

Nasir specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, while also supporting adults across the lifespan. His areas of focus include identity development, gender and LGBTQ+ affirming care, major life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Nasir’s approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered framework, fostering both structure and emotional safety in the therapeutic process.

 

Beyond individual care, Nasir is deeply committed to advocacy within the mental health field. He is driven to bridge access gaps for underserved and underrepresented communities and believes in the power of equitable, inclusive care that reflects the diverse realities of those it serves.
