She collaboratively works with clients on unhelpful thinking, behavioral, emotional, and interpersonal patterns and beliefs, while focusing on acquiring greater self-insight and discovering meaning. Tetiana believes in the importance using therapy to address the underlying core issues that lead to feeling stressed, overwhelmed, caught up in negative thinking, haunted by the past, and stuck. She supports clients in finding liberation from habituated patterns and unhealthy beliefs and fostering personal freedom to live the life clients desire.

In her clinical practice, Tetiana embraces the holistic approach to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She also provides therapy from the strength-based perspective, helping clients locate inner sources of strength and potential. As a counselor, Tetiana feels privileged to join her clients on their journey of self-exploration, discovery, healing, and growth.
